We were practicing our gingerbread recipe for Christmas!! This one makes super soft gingerbread cookies that are quite mild - not overly sweet either.

Okay Janice, just as long as you don't take a header off the chair like Jayme did!! Rylee was most ticked that we had to stop the baking procedures until J stopped crying...still working on the empathy lessons!
Do they stay fresh if you mail them via overnight courier?
Gingerbread, second only to my all time favourite Shortbread. Hmmmm...and I do like white bread, brown bread, FRESH bread....I'm noticing a theme.
I'm sure Ry was just hoping Jayme wasn't going to steal her thunder and get a cast too! LOL!!
